Meet John Rellos

John Rellos has been in Building Business for over forty years, starting as a licensed General contractor in Southern California, experienced in Commercial, Industrial, Private Sector Institutional Colleges. Since founding his business in 1983 John has successfully delivered projects Shell & Core Tenant Improvements, Low Rise Seismic Strengthening on time and on budget. During this time, he built strong long-lasting relationships with Clients and Tradesmen, and Vendors that are still available for work support today. In 2006 his company served clients in the Houston and Austin area.

He relocated to North Texas in 2013 where he continues to provide trusted design assist Project Estimating & Management, JV Partner Development, Consulting and General Contracting.

John resides in Prosper Texas his six children are all grown yet enjoys his 5 grandkids with his wife of 43 years.

Meet Dr. Wolfram G. Willburger

Manager

Over 40 years of international experience in real estate development, general contracting, construction management, and controlling.

In addition to organizing his own development and construction projects, he advised institutional investors and construction companies over the years. He also has extensive experience providing guidance to banks and investors in turnaround situations, successfully saving numerous projects from foreclosure and bankruptcy. This includes projects that require major rehab.

He is the one called when projects are not going as planned, always putting investor interests first, maximizing returns, and helping to achieve investment goals.

His solid legal background as a German-trained lawyer and his experience in the US real estate and construction environment for over 25 years enable him to help investors, often in the most complicated of situations.
